I just tried Mara’s Pasta recently and have to say it is great! Mara’s Whole Wheat Pasta is produced in small batches to ensure detail and quantity. Nothing has been added to this natural nutritious food! I would say they have accomplished their commitment and support for whole grains and flours in the organic market.
Just take a look at my pasta salad I made…….
Mara’s Whole Wheat Elbows – 1 cup
Grated Carrots, raw – 1/4 cup
Fresh Apple diced – 1/2 cup
Bell Pepper and Onions (finely chopped) 1 TBLS each
Mix together with 1 couple TBLS of Real Mayo and you got a great little side dish! ( I sometimes add a cut up boiled egg)
