Now that the research is out of the way… time to try it for myself.  I am impressed with the results so far. Although I have not lost a large amount of weight (like results some people have had) the last few weeks, I have steadily lost 2 to 3 pounds a week. I am eating exactly the same as before and exercising  (yoga) the same amount as well.
