Yesterday a young 8-year-old downs syndrome child in Indianapolis was duct taped. I am serious. Duct tape was applied at her school around her feet and ankles in order to force the child to keep her shoes on. By the time she arrived at her home, her bus driver had to request her father to carry her from the bus… SHE couldn’t walk because the tape was too tight.
I want everyone to share this story and not let this child and what has been done to her fall through the cracks…..

This is unacceptable! Our public schools are failing left and right. It makes it more and more difficult each day for me to send my son to school.
I just can’t fathom the thought process of the person that did this to that child.!
