I found it quite energizing. I was so happy with the deep clean feel and healthy clarity my skin took on. Surprizingly, I even noticed a difference in some fine lines (we don’t call them wrinkles…we call them crinkles). The body exfoliater and pumice stone are wonderful. I have such a time with my elbows and heels being dry (especially in the winter). Cleaning all the dead dry flaking skin off those areas is simple and quick. I also found that it does helps my problem areas when I add my moisturizer. My elbows seem to drink the lotion up instead of applying and reapplying and applying again!
