Bring Cheer to your Home this Holiday Season!

ornaments1Thanksgiving is almost here, and shortly after many people start with their Holiday Decorations. Each year I find it is quite fun coming up with new and unique ideas. The internet is chocked full of great ones, after all, ornaments are not just for your tree!

Christmas_DecorationsReally simple to grab some ribbons of different lengths and then add an ornament to each strand. You can hang these ornament strands to windows, mirrors, or even chandeliers. I love this idea. Once I took a lot of  different sized shiny ball ornaments and hung them from the ceiling in bunches, with only the light from the tree, it gave off a relaxing glow.

Create a bright wreath with matching or mismatched ornaments and a little greenery. Just let me tell you at my sis in laws home, packages are not ribbons and bows alone … she adds little ornaments and greenery to her packages. Such an sparkly sight under her tree. Even the little ones are in awe!

There are so many fabulous and affordable Christmas Decorations to choose from. Colored lights, tinsel, confetti, candy, nuts and ornaments are a great way to put a little glitz in your festive decor. Whether you go small and simple or big and elaborate… make your own unique happy place.

It does not matter if you are decorating for the holidays, or just changing the decor of your own little corner of the world… decorations can brighten anyone’s day!

~~~
So I  am wondering… Do you decorate for the season or to just dress up your place? Do you have special decorating ideas or traditions you follow?
