I Miss Daddy by Acacia Slaton Beumer – Giveaway!!

imissdaddyChildren of our military face sadness and confusion with mommy or daddy so far away. They may act out in their confusion among other things. “I miss Daddy’ deals with that situation from a childs point of view.

About The Book

How would you feel if your daddy went away for a really long time? Would you miss him? Jana does. She’s been having a hard time ever since her daddy left to go far away to Afghanistan. Whether picking up her toys, going to a new school, being nice to Jaci or just having a really bad day Jana is having a lot of trouble. Life is hard sometimes, without a daddy around. She misses him a lot. Sometimes it feels like no one understands. Sometimes she thinks about daddy and how much she misses him, especially when she thinks about the fun stuff they used to do. All of this makes Jana very sad until suddenly she receives a letter in the mail? Who could it be from? She isn’t sure, but she knows she can’t wait to read it and maybe see that she isn’t the only one who misses her daddy.
